Social media management for a coffee roaster

I've been working with Santa Sofia coffee roaster for over two years.
For over two years, I’ve been managing the social media presence of a coffee roaster brand based in Leeds, UK. Their goal wasn’t to chase follower numbers, but to establish a consistent online presence and utilize social media as a platform to educate their audience about coffee.
My role has been to:
Develop a clear content strategy focused on storytelling and education.
Create a branded visual identity and tone of voice that feels both approachable and professional.
Build content calendars that highlight brewing methods, coffee knowledge, and useful tips.
Produce content - writing captions, designing graphics, and editing Reels - that makes coffee more accessible and engaging.
This project continues to grow, but the results so far are a strong and consistent brand presence online, with posts that position them as a trusted source of coffee knowledge.
I love this project because it shows how social media can be more than just a growth tool - it can be an educational hub and a way to bring brand values to life.
