FoodShare — Community Food App

Food-sharing sounds simple. The reality: endless group chats, duplicate dishes, nobody knows who's bringing what. I designed FoodShare to fix that.
The core mechanic: a shared "What to Bring" list where guests claim items in real-time. Once claimed, it's locked. No duplicates, no anxiety.
Built for a Qatar-based startup — halal trust signals and filtering were part of the foundation, not an afterthought.
Validated with 5 usability tests before development. 100% task completion. Event creation under 2 minutes. One tester: "This is brilliant. This solves the main reason I hate organizing parties."
Delivered: high-fidelity prototype + full UI Kit ready for dev handoff.
