I started by auditing the existing website, identifying weak points in layout, branding and user flow. Using those insights, I created a new visual direction with clean typography, refined spacing, stronger imagery and a logical content structure.

Once the design foundations were set, I rebuilt the entire site in Webflow with scalable class naming, CMS collections, smooth interactions and performance optimization.
