Summer Bummer is an annual festival held on the beach side of Long Beach, California. The Festival features vary artist of Alternative genres, such as The Beach Boys, Harry Nilsson, and many. Summer Bummer serves the magnificient visual of stage with the wave of Long Beach as the Visual Identity, emerging the style of 60’s American’s surfer with contemporer style.

Summer Bummer logogram uses the big waves of Long Beach; which the area where local surfers do surfing, as the Visual Identity. Emerging the style of 1960s American’s surfer film “Slippery When Wet” combines with contemporary style to attract Young generation market. Summer Bummer’s logotype referencing Art Nouveau style; curved lines and decorative. To represent the brand, the Tilt Distortion was added to represent the curve of the wave.
