We made an app and found some issues. Our users can't understand what the app is and how it can help them.
By the way, they had issues with understanding app navigation and features.
So, we conducted 20 User Interviews, Discovered the issues, and made Onboarding, which helped users to understand the app. Here are the results! 🥰
