With Jibbern, I had the opportunity to accompany a project from the ground up—from the very first idea and strategic orientation to the final implementation of the corporate identity and digital platform. Together with the client, a clear vision was developed: a brand that makes the diversity scene visible while deliberately taking a modern, professional, and future-oriented approach.
At the core was the challenge of embracing the rainbow colors as a symbol of diversity without falling into a classic rainbow cliché. The result was a branding that is vibrant, colorful, and yet clean—a precise balance between playfulness and professionalism. The logo, color palette, and design guidelines were developed to reflect both the openness and dynamism of the scene while emphasizing the professional standards of the platform.
In addition, a website was created. A key element is the secure login area, designed for both companies and DEI experts. Here, a structured onboarding process begins, enabling users to create and flexibly update their profiles at any time. The real added value lies in the intelligent matching process, which connects individual requests from organizations with suitable experts. As soon as a match is successfully made, both sides receive a notification.
