Serena Braide is a premium perfume brand that needed a modern, user-centered digital storefront. The goal was to design a seamless e-commerce experience that combines luxury with usability—helping the brand showcase its products while making online shopping effortless for customers.

This project covers both the customer-facing website and a robust admin dashboard, ensuring smooth operations on the backend.

I started by analyzing competitor perfume brands and e-commerce platforms to identify common user pain points—such as complicated checkouts, poor product visualization, and lack of mobile optimization. Key goals:

Make the purchase journey intuitive and enjoyable

Highlight the elegance of the brand

Simplify backend management for the store owner

Secure login & password management

Add, edit, or delete products (with images, pricing, categories, stock)

Manage product categories

Inventory tracking (auto stock deduction after sales)

Order management with filterable order lists

Update order statuses (pending → processing → shipped)

Manual cancel/refund feature

Customer database & order history viewing

Gift card purchase and redemption management

Exportable reports (CSV/PDF)

Automated email notifications for order updates & password reset
