so i started editing for hobby around late 2011, when i was 2nd year of high school. i do read manga more than novels but because at the time the internet speed is not optimal for me to be editor for manga, i dabble more in light/web novel. i stopped for a bit around 2018 when i works for multiple startup. things that maybe important is i remember working with white samurai and rainbow turtle. i remember i get "tested" the 1st time as editor by white samurai, around 1 year after i started editing. i do agree with white samurai concerning "do editor give some meat to the bare bone web novel?" and love his style of translating and editing. and now rainbow turtle, she was so fast, we can get 1 chapter per 2-4 day even though we were still in college. and her translation quality is very good too, only need some light editing.
