Innovative hotel amenities app design

We designed an innovative mobile app that helps hotels in Tel Aviv unlock new revenue streams by making their amenities available for locals, tourists, and business professionals — all without requiring an overnight stay. The goal was to create a user-friendly platform that transforms unused hotel capacity into memorable daytime experiences.

Our approach began with in-depth research and interviews to develop detailed user personas. These insights helped us understand motivations, frustrations, and goals, ensuring our design addressed real user challenges while supporting hotel business objectives.

We focused on a clear and simple app structure, prioritizing ease of use by limiting features to what truly mattered. Careful competitor analysis and client workshops shaped an efficient user flow that makes discovery, booking, and management of experiences seamless.

During the UX and UI design phases, we created high-fidelity wireframes and conducted usability testing with realistic visuals, incorporating feedback to refine the experience. Visual design choices — from typography to color palette — were made to stand out in a competitive market while reinforcing trust and ease of use.

We also built a robust design system and UI kit to streamline development and ensure consistency. Features included intuitive search filters to help users quickly find the right hotel or experience, flexible time-slot booking options, and reservation management with transparent refund handling.

The result is a polished, conversion-focused app that empowers hotels to maximize underutilized amenities while giving users an easy, flexible way to discover and enjoy premium experiences in Tel Aviv.
