Project overview
AF-01 is a personal interactive website exploration by Aldyon Bondan,
Founder of Aldeon Studio. The project brings a Formula-inspired car into
a digital presentation built around form, detail, and movement.
The aim is to explore how a website can make an object feel worth
discovering. A cinematic opening leads into closer views, visual
studies, and interactive moments that give each section a distinct
purpose.
Creative concept
The car acts as the thread connecting the experience. Its silhouette
establishes the first impression; later sections shift attention to
wheels, wings, cockpit, and bodywork. The progression turns a single
subject into a sequence of visual discoveries.
This is a self-initiated concept, created to explore design and
interaction. It is not commissioned work for Formula 1 or a racing
team.
Design direction
Near-black surfaces and warm off-white sections create a strong
rhythm across the page. Oversized sans-serif headlines sit alongside
small technical-style annotations, while silver surfaces and red
highlights carry the visual identity.
The layouts alternate between open compositions and close detail
views. This contrast gives the car room to feel sculptural while keeping
the page readable as an editorial sequence.
3D visual exploration
The presentation moves between the complete car and component-focused
views. Changes in camera position and scale reveal the front wing, wheel
assembly, rear structure, and cockpit. Reflective surfaces and
restrained lighting make shape and material central to the
experience.
The supporting compositions document the website's visual language
and the car details shown in the project. They are presented as
exploration work, without claims about a particular modelling or
rendering workflow.
Interaction design
The recorded demo includes a scroll-led camera sequence, illustrative
airflow controls, and a driving scene with a target-pace slider. These
interactions invite visitors to inspect the subject and change the pace
of the presentation.
Airflow lines are a visual storytelling device rather than an
engineering simulation. Their role is to make an otherwise invisible
relationship between air and form understandable on screen.
Motion and transitions
Movement connects the sections through changing viewpoints, shifts in
scale, and a transition from a studio-style presentation to the track
scene. Large headlines provide anchors as the visual focus moves around
the car.
The selected demo brings together the hero, component exploration,
airflow study, cockpit detail, and driving scene in a concise
sequence.
Final outcome
AF-01 demonstrates an approach to interactive product presentation
that combines strong visual hierarchy, cinematic framing, and motion-led
storytelling. It is an exploration of how a digital experience can
communicate a product's character and invite closer attention.
For technology brands and startups exploring an expressive landing
page or interactive product story, Aldeon Studio welcomes a conversation
about the right design direction and scope.
