I designed an email automation onboarding sequence for a fictional startup company called Revise.AI which is an AI powered financial analytical platform.

Welcome Email (Step 1) Day 0
Subject: "Welcome to Revise.ai! Let's Get Started"
Content: Thank you for signing up, introduction to the platform, and first steps to set up the profile.
Feature Introduction Email (Step 2) day 1
Subject: "Explore Key Features to Simplify Your Business Finances"
Content: Walkthrough of cash flow projections, expense optimization, and ROI tracking with links to tutorials and guides.
First Milestone Reminder (Step 4) Day 3
Subject: "You're Almost There! Here's Your Financial Dashboard"
Content: Reminder to complete profile setup and encourage them to view their customised financial dashboard.
Weekly Check-In Email (Step 5) day 7
Subject: "Your Weekly Financial Insights from Revise.ai"
Content: Summary of progress, insights on cash flow, expenses, or ROI, and a reminder of any actions to take.
Feedback Request Email (Step 6) Day 10-14
Subject: "We'd Love to Hear Your Thoughts on Revise.ai"
Content: Short survey asking for feedback on the onboarding experience and suggestions for improvement.
