Supply Chain Optimization for a Manufacturing Company

In this project, based on the historical data from warehouses and costs of maintenance, distribution times, transportation and packaging costs we built a SCM optimization process which gives the most optimized routes, based on warehouse capacity and operations cost to while minimizing resource wastage and optimizing arrival times at distribution centers by tracking the demand distribution.
