ElevaIT Workforce Solutions is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Staffing Solutions Company built on dedication, partnership, and integrity. Pioneering Machine Learning Technology, ElevaIT aids companies in meeting diversity goals by automating the discovery of underrepresented talent.
When I stepped in as an interim Content Manager at ElevaIT, they sought not only to articulate their competitive edge to clients but also to cultivate internal clarity, fostering a company culture aligned with values like diversity and fit-for-purpose environments. ElevaIT aims to embody the same "people-first" culture they create for their clients.
My initial task was to craft a mission statement that encapsulated ElevaIT's vision, emphasizing work-life balance, servant leadership, customer service, and DEI. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, I drew inspiration from Cameron Herold's "Vivid Vision" to shape a forward-looking mission statement.
Subsequently, I revamped ElevaIT's website, expanding it from a one-page site to a comprehensive platform connecting visitors with staffing resources and recruiters. The updated site showcases ElevaIT's impressive performance metrics, effectively communicating its competitive advantage.
After I developed a content calendar to guide ElevaIT through its first quarter, collaborating with staff to create content that positioned them as thought leaders in workforce solutions. I spearheaded the launch of their blog and bolstered their LinkedIn presence by 8,000 follwers in under 3 months. Additionally, I provided training on effective ChatGPT strategies, equipping their staff to produce compelling content moving forward.
