The duration of large projects is 1.5-2 years, budgets are 200K to 1.9M USD.

• Managed project teams of 4-12 people using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

• Controlled the budget, deadlines, completeness and quality of work. Detailed the requirements, goals and objectives of the project.

• Supervised external contractors: custom development, external expertise, supply and installation of equipment, patent research.

• Description of one of the systems developed on one of the projects:

A web system that allows you to scan suspicious files on several virtual machines using a set of antiviruses.

Files are uploaded manually, from ftp or via icap. The system displays the scan progress, the verdicts received and the scan history. Supports work with thirty antiviruses. It works with VMware and KVM virtual environments, in which images with antiviruses are launched and files are scanned.
