• Formed requirements for MVP: iOS / Android applications for couriers that allow them to work with a mobile cash register.

• Successfully restarted 3 projects that were at the stage of abandoning the sold solution.

• Prepared and agreed upon calendar and resource plans for the implementation/refinement of the Grotem solution, a SaaS product with an office part and a mobile iOS/Android application for planning, monitoring, and work of field staff.
