The Fantasy Sports app already had a dashboard, but it was cluttered and confusing for users. I was brought in to redesign the experience, turning a data-heavy interface into something clear, engaging, and conversion-driven.

The goal was to improve usability by simplifying complex stats and team management, while keeping the sporty, high-energy vibe that keeps users excited.

The biggest challenge was reorganizing large volumes of sports data without losing detail. I also had to align the new UI with existing brand colors and components, ensuring consistency while improving usability.

I restructured the layout using modular cards and bold visual hierarchy to highlight key actions like joining contests, tracking stats, and editing lineups. The redesign reduced user friction, made decisions faster, and boosted engagement resulting in higher user satisfaction and retention.
