Radio/Rtown is a community-rooted live

Radio/Rtown is a community-rooted live broadcast and sound-curation project working out of Reynoldstown, southeast Atlanta. The brand had to feel like a flyer stapled to a telephone pole and a transmission from somewhere far away — at the same time.

I designed it end-to-end: wordmark, color, type, the broadcast site, the social and event-poster system, and the on-air motion package. But the design is in service of something larger — a space for neighbors to gather, participate, and discover. To submit a sound. To make a request. To hear something they wouldn't have found on their own, and maybe point me toward something I wouldn't have either.

The work isn't about being clever. It's about being findable — readable across a parking lot, clear at 320px, the same voice on a sticker, a website, and a stream. A system built to hold a conversation.
