However, with each passing year, Travel and Hospitality industries are disrupted by new entrants. With the number of OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) exponentially increasing each year, Air Canada wants to re-evaluate its website and explore options to cater to travel research and discovery and emerge as a frontrunner.
