Redesigned the user interface and improved user experience through in-depth user research and human-centered design principles.
This project aims to increase users' activity in the shopping experience's filtering feature, specifically the product list page. However, it did evolve to look at the filtering experience throughout the enterprise, find ways to make the feature consistent, and introduce horizontal filters.
