Design Process & Thinking
Research & Discovery:
Analyzed the competitive landscape to identify visual opportunities. Studied retro design movements (70s funk aesthetics, 80s Memphis design, 90s rave culture) to build a mood board that felt fresh rather than derivative.
Visual Language Development:
Created multiple direction concepts before landing on the bold geometric approach. The final direction balances vintage inspiration with contemporary execution—nothing feels dated, but everything feels distinctive.
System Building:
Developed modular design elements that work independently but create stronger impact when combined. The pattern system, color combinations, and graphic toolkit give Weardou endless flexibility for campaigns, seasonal releases, and special editions.
Collaboration:
Worked closely with 3D artist Rokas Mežetis, packaging specialist Dominykas Sakalauskas, and photographer Žymantė Štankelytė to ensure visual consistency across all dimensions of the brand.
