The Gemba360 System allows agencies to monitor and manage all their legal, compliance, quality reporting, risk management, OH&S as well as document management reporting within the one system. The Gemba360 Compliance system has been setup and implemented at some agencies in under 24 hours.

Agencies operate from a number of sites and have to meet a range of legal and compliance obligations. These obligations includes reports to Australian Taxation Office, Superannuation bodies, Office, funding bodies and all of this just takes time. The Gemba System allows Agencies to manage all their reporting from within a single system.

Initially hired to develop a custom single-sign-on bridge to link Moodle eLearning system with custom made Gemba software, we've built a long term relationship. We've built multiple system integration, modified open source CRM, HR systems, to fill the needs of different agencies. Document management, form builders, custom e signature modules, etc. The system keeps growing and growing.

The original system was developed in PHP4 and to be able to maintain it and add newer technologies, a decision was made to port the system to Laravel. With no budget for that, the migration was done in multiple iterations while creating the new features of the existing modules.
