Oceanside — Framer Website for an 11-Building Residential Development

Designed and built a Framer website for Oceanside, an eleven-building residential development in Mar del Plata, unifying multiple projects under one brand.

Etchegorry Real Estate commercializes Oceanside, a portfolio of eleven residential developments across Mar del Plata. The challenge was to create one cohesive digital experience that builds trust while making it easy to explore each development, floor plan, and price range.
With most buildings still under construction, the available renders also needed visual refinement to meet the site's quality standards.

Turning early-stage renders into a sellable asset

Eleven buildings, most still under construction, meant the site had almost no finished photography to work with just developer renders, several of them lowresolution and reading as obviously computer-generated.
Selling an apartment that doesn't exist yet already asks for a leap of faith from the buyer; renders that look fake ask for another one on top of it. Each image was reworked sharpened, color-corrected, and treated to read as a real, livable space rather than a 3D mockup before it went anywhere near the site.

Unifying eleven buildings under one signature

The Spanish tagline is "Once historias, una misma firma" — eleven stories, one signature. Rather than listing units in a plain table, each building gets its own card with a hero image and a "ver más" link into a dedicated page. That structure lets Oceanside read as a real estate brand with a portfolio, not a single project trying to look bigger than it is.

Making the offer legible without a sales call

Floor plans are grouped into two clear categories — 2-room units (71–75 m², balcony with parrilla) and 3-room units (100–116 m², semipiso) — instead of a wall of specs per building. Amenities (rooftop pool, coworking space, SUM with parrilla, covered parking) are shown once, as a shared standard across every development, so the pitch is "this quality, in eleven locations" rather than eleven separate pitches.

Building trust before the sales team steps in

Real estate purchases in Argentina run on trust and word of mouth more than on specs. The site front-loads that trust two ways: real client testimonials naming the agency by name, and a four-step purchase process (Reserva → Financiación → Boleto → Escritura) laid out before any contact form, so a prospect knows exactly what they're getting into before they hand over their info.

My role

End-to-end design and no-code development in Framer: information architecture for a multi-building portfolio, responsive layout, building sub-pages built as a Framer CMS collection for easy scaling as new developments launch, retouching and upscaling of the developer's early-stage renders, and adapting the agency's existing brand and copy into a single cohesive site.
