KeykiDulce is dedicated to providing sweets with an exquisite taste that showcases the innovative and undiscovered sweet, fresh, and slight sourness flavour of calamansi. The company aims to cater to the selective palates of individuals with a sweet tooth and ensure that every last creation leaves a lasting impression. The prices of their cakes might be varied depending on the sizes and numbers. Consumers could pick up their orders for free. This also includes free delivery for customers who live inside San Pedro City, but an additional fee of 50 Pesos will be added if the delivery is outside San Pedro City.

KeykiDulce offers Calamansi Flavored cakes (KeykiMansi) that are made to surprise and satisfy your sweet tooth. KeykiMansi is made with the local ingredients calamansi which are rich in phosphorus, calcium, iron, and Vitamin C or ascorbic acid; which can help with strengthening the immune system, lightening your skin, etc. flour, butter, sugar, and other baking ingredients and was cooked by steaming it into perfection then combining the sweet and fresh calamansi cake with a sweet cream coated around and the bits of mangoes complementing with the sweet and fresh taste of the cake. Additionally, KeykiDulce prioritizes satisfaction and excellence as these serve as our guiding principles. Catering to a wide range of clients, including individuals and families the company takes into consideration offering vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free options to cater to a wide range of customers' preferences. Leveraging social media and internet marketing, the company engaged with clients to build brand awareness and maintain good connections. Furthermore, the company's excellent customer service, innovative product design, and expertise in the art of baking provide it with a competitive edge. The Ecological Solid garbage Management Act of 2000, also known as Republic Act (RA) 9003, requires small food businesses to properly handle their garbage. In order to reduce their environmental impact and help create a cleaner, healthier environment, this regulation mandates that they use trash reduction techniques like sorting, recycling, and appropriate disposal. In accordance with RA No. 9003, our organization KeykiDulce will be accountable for its trash, which includes waste reduction strategies, waste segregation, reuse, and appropriate disposal techniques. By doing this, the community’s exposure to waste will be lessened.
Food Safety Standards – Republic Act No. 10611
The Food Safety Act of 2013, also known as RA 10611, requires small food enterprises to follow its rules. Strict guidelines and criteria are established by this law to guarantee the quality and safety of food items that are sold to customers. In order to protect the public’s health, it addresses a number of food handling, storage, preparation, and distribution-related topics. The business (KeykiDulce) will comply with regulations for handwashing, sanitation, and good hygiene standards. It is also recommended that staff members receive training on food safety procedures. We should also examine our food safety policies and product labels on a regular basis.
Environmental Impact Assessment – Presidential Decree No. 1586
Presidential Decree No. 1586 requires small food businesses to conduct environmental impact assessments before commencing their operations. In this law, it helps the business to keep the cleanliness and when it comes to disposing trash we apply the proper waste management. We have a trashcan that segregated the biodegradable, non-biodegradable and recyclable materials.

Compliance with tax laws is mandatory for businesses to fulfill their financial obligations, contribute to public revenues, and avoid penalties or legal consequences for non-compliance. Therefore, local food businesses must stay informed about tax laws and ensure full compliance to maintain their financial integrity and legal standing. The cooperation with the Republic Act No.8424 establishes a steady support towards the company KeykiDulce’s financial obligation. Establishing clear guidelines towards maintaining the legality and transparency with the compliance in tax towards the accordance with the government laws and policies. Additionally, the republic act will provide legal penalties and punishment when the tax obligations are neglected or the company fails to comply with the law.
Data Privacy – Republic Act No. 10173
Due to the increasing use of digital tools and online platforms, local food businesses with online presence must follow the RA 10173, often called the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The legislation controls the collection, processing, and protection of personal data to ensure individuals’ privacy and security. Compliance with data privacy laws is necessary for businesses to build trust with customers, safeguard sensitive information, and avoid data breaches or legal liabilities. The Republic Act No. 10173 ensures the company KeykiDulce follows the regulation and protocols which are established within the law’s guidelines. Avoiding misconduct, illegal use of private data, and ensuring privacy for the customer’s personal information. In addition, any detected action towards a breach of information will be punished in a legal action.

Barangay Micro Business Enterprises – Republic Act No. 9178
Local food businesses are required to follow proper business registration and obtain necessary permits under RA 9178, identified as the Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BMBE) Act. The legislation intends to support micro-enterprises by providing incentives and simplifying the registration process. Compliance with business registration requirements ensures that businesses operate legally and contribute to the economy. The Republic Act No. 9178 will support the legality of the company KeykiDulce, including a steady background within the company’s reputation. Additionally, the republic act will be an added key to attract potential customers, due to the cooperation of the company with the law.

As a business, KeykiDulce ensures to provide not only quality cake but also ensures to provide the product as advertised and selling the product by its promised price.
Small food businesses are obligated to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) as mandated by Republic Act No. 11058. This law ensures that employers provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. The OSHS covers various aspects of workplace safety, including equipment safety, sanitation, hazard communication, and employee training. By adhering to OSHS regulations, small food businesses can prevent workplace accidents and injuries, protect the health and well-being of their employees, and promote a culture of safety in the workplace. This law helps the employees in the business (KeykiDulce) to know how will the business improve sales practices by following the safety rules and to have a safety working environment and also to avoid accidents. KeykiDulce also provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hairnet, apron, and gloves before starting the preparations of the products. The business make sure that our employees are wearing their complete PPE during the making of the product.
