Challenge
Before engaging with my services, the client faced critical challenges in managing data privacy and control when using public platforms like ChatGPT.
The use of input data by these platforms to train their models presented a substantial risk of data breaches and potential loss of confidential business information.
Another significant hurdle was the lack of effective user access management across the company, owing to the absence of tailored enterprise solutions.
Moreover, the existing system made the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the organization a complex and cumbersome process.
Solution
In addressing the client's need for a secure and efficient data management solution, we turned to Bubble's no-code tooling. The objective was to create a platform that not only ensures data security but also enhances the usability and functionality of AI applications within the company.
The core of the solution was a ChatGPT-like interface, which was integrated with model selection capabilities, catering to diverse user requirements. We prioritized secure data protection, recognizing the sensitive nature of the client's information.
Additionally, features for custom AI model creation and sharing were implemented, which significantly streamlined knowledge transfer and collaboration across various teams. To ensure robust management and oversight, comprehensive administration access and usage monitoring tools were incorporated. These tools were essential for maintaining control and transparency over the platform's use.
