Developed a G2 Review analysis tool using scraping, embedding, clustering, and LLM summarization to identify product strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
The client wanted to be able to analyze G2 Reviews for competitors and their own product to identify strengths and weaknesses of each product so they could fine-tune their positioning.
Solution
Using a review scraping pipeline and topic-modelling techniques like embedding, clustering, and LLM summarizations, I was able to create an interface where they could freely explore customer feedback and identify areas of opportunities for their company.
