Framer Event Landing Page Design

As a donation to the Treeapalooza 2023 event, I created a Framer website for this event that provides technical functionality that the event organizers did not have in previous years. They wanted the ability to accept donations and provide registration for the competitors and volunteers.

They also needed a logo design created, graphic elements in a theme to match their general style, and a T-Shirt design created for the participants.

This client needed a logo design that would work great over their complex shirt designs as well as another option for stickers. Throughout the process, we landed on two different designs, one for each purpose.

At my clients request, I created the logo front and center for the website. I created a navigational menu at the top that simply jumps to different parts of the page, and made the menu follow the page for quick access to everything.

I added two forms linked to Formspark, one for the volunteer registration and the other for the competitors. These forms were customized to ask for details such as shirt sizes and meal restrictions.

I added a dedicated area for the sponsors donation with a link to Stripe for payment.

During the revision process, the client requested to add a gallery from previous events. I used modern techniques to give it a unique slideshow appearance with rounding to match the rest of the design.

Lastly, I decided to add an additional contact form for questions and a FAQs section to hopefully circumvent the client answering the same questions repeatedly.

The client envisioned trippy designs but in a tree and swamp related theme for the imagery for both the website and shirts. I used Adobe Firefly to prompt AI to create unique images in this style and theme. I provided several example art pieces from Firefly to the client and they fell in love with a couple designs.

I went ahead and mocked up a t-shirt design that the client's team fell in love with. It's an AOP in exactly the style they were going for. It will be added on to later with the sponsors across the back. I also provided a way for them to sell a version for attendees only through Printify on a per shirt bases.

Overall, the client and their team was thrilled to have all these new tools and an extremely organized approach to the details gathering of this event, and provided in a few days time. I exceeded their expectations and they've honored me with my company logo being displayed as a sponsor at their event.
