There are over 3.8 billion search results for Facebook Ads Strategy, but most of them are short strategies that still leave you with more questions than you had before hitting the search button. I decided to create a 24-page in-depth Facebook Ads Strategy ebook that explains everything you need to know.

The Challenge

The challenge was getting the right information. I had ran successful Facebook ads, but I wouldn't call myself an expert. I needed more information on Facebook ads, the right strategies, and creating a successful ad. I had to go through articles, blogs, videos, and whitepapers to gather information.

Pre-Writing Process

I knew who my target readers were - small business owners like me who wanted to figure out how Facebook ads worked - but that wasn't enough. I wanted to know the specific questions they were asking and how best I could answer them. I found some questions from researching and asking some questions:
How do Facebook ads work?
What is an ad manager?
What kind of ads can I promote on Facebook?
Do video ads work better than image ads?
What Facebook ads strategies are available for small businesses with low revenue?
How do you plan a Facebook ad?
What are the best techniques to scale a Facebook ad campaign?
What's the best Facebook ad strategy with a $100 budget?

The Outline

Coming up with the outline wasn't difficult because I had already gathered enough information. All I had to do was create a list of my main idea and organize it.

The Writing Process

It took me about a week to complete my first draft. As a writer, I don't edit immediately after a draft to avoid mistakes, so I didn't touch the draft. After a week, I went back to the draft to edit, add, and remove information before moving it to the next stage - proofreading. I hired a professional proofreader because I knew I couldn't see my mistakes anymore. After the proofreader returned the draft, I moved it to the next stage - design.

Designing the Ebook

I used Canva for the ebook design. I wanted a simple yet modern ebook design, so I chose this simple design:
I edited the design; added the content, color palette, and style. It took me about 5 hours to complete the ebook's design. Here's the final result:
