Some of the most important lessons I’ve learned didn’t come from showrooms or spreadsheets. They came from conversations. I still remember a supplier once told me, "Viju, anyone can sell tiles. But not everyone can build trust." That line has stayed with me. In the marble and design world, the material matters. But it’s the people behind it who shape the outcome. Designers who think ahead. Clients who push us to do better. Suppliers who show up when it counts. These relationships have shaped everything we’ve built. Networking, to me has never been about exchanging cards or small talk. It’s about showing up. Listening. Solving real problems. Staying connected even when there’s no sale. That’s what helps us grow. That’s what makes it all meaningful. In an industry built on aesthetics and precision, strong networks are what turn plans into reality.
