Design of MoneyKit App for Indian SMBs

MoneyKit is a simple business management and billing app designed for Indian small businesses. It helps shop owners and service providers create bills, manage customers, track payments and dues, and share invoices through WhatsApp, SMS, or PDF—all from one easy-to-use mobile experience.

Many small businesses still manage billing, customer records, and payments through notebooks, WhatsApp messages, calculators, and multiple disconnected apps.

The challenge was to design a product powerful enough to handle everyday business operations while still feeling simple for users who may not be familiar with complex accounting or business software.

The experience needed to feel:

The visual direction combines a modern fintech-inspired interface with a friendly and approachable experience. Rather than making MoneyKit feel like traditional accounting software, the goal was to create something that feels lightweight, familiar, and practical for everyday business use.
