Result
A modular, narrative-driven platform deployed in both touchscreen and immersive formats, used at a high-level international summit to present WBG scorecard data
Background
A globally recognized financial and development institution tasked us with creating an interactive experience that would showcase its most recent development scorecard data across key thematic areas — including jobs, education, climate, health, and more.
The project was commissioned for a major annual summit involving government representatives, agency leaders, and global partners. The experience had to work across both digital and spatial formats: first, as a guided touchscreen-based data exploration tool; second, as a fully immersive mixed reality installation that placed users within a dynamic, explorable digital environment.
The challenge was to tell a compelling, data-driven story while maintaining institutional clarity, security, and high production value.
Our Solution
We developed a two-part digital experience that delivered the same content and messaging across different physical contexts — ensuring consistency while maximizing engagement.
1. Interactive Touchscreen Experience
Modular UI for 5 Scorecard Topics
Designed structured templates for each pillar, supporting rich visuals, animated charts, voiceover narratives, and country-specific data indicators.
Touch-Optimized Navigation
Built a smooth side-scrolling navigation system to support exhibition attendees interacting with minimal instruction.
Lightweight 3D & Motion Integration
Integrated motion graphics and subtle 3D transitions within the browser, optimized for large displays and performance stability.
CMS-Ready Structure
Prepared the application with a scalable layout model to support future data updates and multi-language rollout.
2. Mixed Reality Experience
Immersive 3D Environment
Developed an explorable, branded spatial environment for each scorecard topic, placing users inside a dynamic mixed reality interface with animated indicators and floating content panels.
Voiceover-Driven Narrative
Combined motion visuals with scripted narration to guide users through the content, enabling both passive viewing and interactive engagement.
Gesture & Controller Interaction
Designed for intuitive exploration using gesture input and handheld controllers, depending on the user’s device.
Optimized for Event-Ready Devices
The experience was built, tested, and deployed for both Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets — ensuring visual consistency and performance across different mixed reality platforms used during the event.
Sergii Marchenko, Finance Minister of Ukraine, attended the Meetings and tried out the experience in Vision Pro.
