Norvic Shipping needed employee handbooks for teams in the United States, Canada, India, Singapore, and Dubai. All five editions were written in English, but each contained different policies, procedures, and employment information. The design challenge was to make them feel like a single global system without forcing disparate content into identical documents.

I created a flexible editorial framework that can expand, contract, and reorganize around each country’s material. A shared cover structure, typography, navigation, and maritime illustration language establish a consistent Norvic identity, while edition markers and adaptable page templates handle internal differences. Clear hierarchy and restrained color make dense policy text easier to scan and reference. The result is a coherent international series in which every handbook feels related, locally specific, and complete.
