Hanover's tourism bureau had no central digital hub. Visitors were scattered across fragmented sources, local businesses weren't getting visibility, and the bureau had no way to track what was actually working.
What I Built:
A Webflow CMS site with event collections, itineraries, and business directory integrated from ChamberMaster. Added Issuu publications for downloadable guides and Google Analytics for performance tracking. Everything built to scale as they add content.
The Result:
Positioned Hanover as a unified tourism destination instead of a confusing patchwork. Visitors can now explore attractions, find local businesses, and plan trips in one place. The bureau has a scalable platform they can manage themselves without developer help.
