The challenge for designing the branding for LightHouse Property was to incorporate rainbow colors into the logo type, as specifically requested by the client. The challenge was to find a way to incorporate the rainbow colors into the logo in a way that felt cohesive, professional, and modern, while also standing out from the competition in the mid-price range real estate market in Montenegro.
Goal
Creating a modern, vibrant real estate brand offering mid-priced properties and lands in Montenegro, with the goal of establishing a sleek, trustworthy image setting LightHouse Property apart from competitors.
Design Approach
The design approach for LightHouse Property was centered around creating a modern and vibrant brand image that would appeal to a wide range of clients, from those looking for a permanent home to investors seeking profitable real estate opportunities. The brand's logo was designed to embody this concept, incorporating a stylized lighthouse symbol with a rainbow of colors that represent the diversity of the brand's perspectives and strategies.
