Facilitating Scrum Events: Ensured effective execution of Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coaching and Mentoring: Supported the Product Owner and Team in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
Removing Impediments: Identified and addressed obstacles to improve team productivity and focus.
Promoting a Collaborative Environment: Fostered open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
Results:
Increased Productivity: Improved work output within the same timeframes.
Enhanced Communication: Better alignment and awareness of project progress.
Higher Quality Deliverables: Achieved a 25% increase in customer satisfaction due to iterative feedback and adjustments.
Boosted Team Morale: Improved engagement and collaboration.
What Could Have Been Better / Lessons Learned:
Change Management: A more gradual introduction of Scrum practices could have eased the transition and reduced resistance.
Stakeholder Involvement: Greater stakeholder engagement throughout the process would have improved alignment with business goals.
Focus on Continuous Improvement: Emphasizing the importance of regular retrospectives helped in adapting and refining processes.
