Sol & Liv – Backgrounds for Animated Series
These are background illustrations I created for the animated children's series Sol & Liv. The story, inspired by Slavic and Scandinavian mythology, unfolds in a small, atmospheric village filled with magic and mystery.
Each background was designed based on the animatic and carefully painted in Adobe Photoshop to support the visual narrative and mood of the scenes. The goal was to create immersive, story-driven environments that blend cultural references with a warm, engaging style for young audiences.
