For this challenge, I wanted to redesign one of the simplest — but often most frustrating — customer journeys: booking an appointment.
The problem
A customer starts with a simple question:
“Can I book an appointment?”
But turning that question into a confirmed booking can involve unnecessary back-and-forth, unclear availability, too many fields, and uncertainty about whether the appointment was actually confirmed.
The solution
I created AURÉNE, a premium lash & brow atelier with a focused four-step booking experience:
01 — Choose a treatment
Customers can quickly compare treatments, duration, and price.
02 — Choose a date & time
Availability is presented clearly so the customer can make a decision without unnecessary friction.
03 — Enter details
Only the information needed to complete the booking is requested.
04 — Confirm
The journey ends with a clear confirmation card showing exactly what was booked — treatment, date, time, duration, and price.
UX direction
I wanted the experience to feel as premium as the service itself: minimal, elegant, calm, and effortless. Every step has one clear purpose, strong visual hierarchy, and an obvious next action. The customer always knows where they are in the process and what happens next. The result is a booking flow that turns:“Can I book with you?” → “You’re booked.”
