Central - Interactive, high-converting website

The team at Central approached me with a clear goal: they wanted a website that doesn’t just talk about their product, but actually shows it. From the beginning, the idea was to create a site that feels alive. One that moves, responds, and brings the product to life as users scroll through.

One of the first things we brought to life was the product itself. Instead of using static screenshots that only tell part of the story, we designed a custom animation sequence that shows Central’s chat agents tackling real tasks as new messages come in. Since one of Central’s core strengths is handling conversations across many different platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Shopify, and more) we created a scene that shows all of that happening in real time.

From there, we designed a series of short, 10 to 15 second animations for each key feature. Each one was built directly in Framer, which gave us the flexibility to set custom scroll triggers and make sure everything stayed responsive across screen sizes.

The result is a site that feels interactive and alive. But more importantly, it works. After setting up conversion tracking, we saw a conversion rate between 10 and 15 percent, well above the industry average of 1 to 2 percent. It’s a great example of how thoughtful interaction design can drive real outcomes.
