Rise & Shine is a locally rooted Houston coffee shop positioning itself as more than just a café — a growing community of people looking to connect and exchange ideas

The site needed to reflect the brand's bold, warm, and unapologetically vibrant personality

Open Monday to Sunday, 6:00–22:00, serving snacks, coffee, and cakes with online delivery integration

The design was bold and unconventional — a loud orange and cream palette with oversized chunky typography that had to be implemented pixel-perfectly in Framer

Needed to feel energetic and community-driven without becoming visually overwhelming

Multiple sections with very different layouts (hero, features, delivery banner, remote worker section, menu categories, testimonial) had to flow naturally as a single cohesive page

Delivery platform integrations (IPSUM, Logo, and a third-party provider) needed to be surfaced cleanly within the layout

Built the full site in Framer from provided designs with precise attention to the bold typographic style — large display text, rounded pill shapes, and vibrant orange fills all reproduced accurately

Scroll-triggered animations developed to bring each section to life — text entrances, image reveals, and feature card sequences

Delivery partner banner section built as an animated ticker strip for visual energy

Menu category pills (Snacks, Coffee, Cakes) built as interactive elements with hover states

Remote workers section developed with a clean checklist layout — 100Mb+ internet, flexible seating, $50 minimum spending — targeting a key secondary audience

Locations, About, and Menu internal linking structured for easy navigation

Fully responsive across mobile and desktop — the oversized typography scaled carefully to work at every breakpoint

The final site captures the Rise & Shine brand energy completely — bold, warm, community-first

The unconventional design language stands out sharply in the local coffee shop space where most competitors use safe, minimal aesthetics

Multiple audience paths covered cleanly — casual visitors, remote workers, and delivery customers all find what they need without friction
