CRUMBAE is a bold bakery brand concept built to stand out in a space where most brands start to look the same. The goal was to create a strong visual identity paired with attention-grabbing campaign visuals using AI.
Problem
Most bakery and dessert brands rely on soft aesthetics, pastel palettes, minimal typography, and “safe” design choices. While this approach looks pleasant, it often lacks recall. Everything starts blending together, making it harder for a brand to stand out on shelves or in digital spaces.
Solution
Instead of following the usual route, Crumbae was designed to feel bold, loud, and slightly chaotic. The identity uses strong typography, high-contrast colors, and expressive layouts to immediately grab attention. The focus was on building a brand with a clear personality rather than just making it look “good.”
AI Visual Direction
To extend the brand beyond static identity, AI was used to create campaign-style visuals.
Instead of traditional photoshoots, visuals were generated through prompt-based art direction, allowing quick exploration of concepts, styling, and compositions. This made it possible to create a full visual world around the brand without production limitations.
