When I set out to design the Raising Lions website, my goal was clear: create a digital space that feels as supportive and understanding as the guidance it offers. That's why I poured my energy into a human-centered UI/UX approach, aiming for a look and feel that communicates authority, empathy, and approachability all at once.

Working in Figma, I carefully selected warm tones and designed approachable layouts. The navigation was meticulously planned to be intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring visitors could effortlessly explore, learn, and connect without feeling overwhelmed. It was crucial that the site didn't just look good, but that it felt right—like a helping hand in their journey.

Once the design was polished, I brought it to life on WordPress. I developed a custom WordPress CMS that provides a flexible and easy-to-manage backend. This means the team behind Raising Lions can effortlessly update content, manage their blog, and add new resources, keeping the site fresh and relevant for its users.

A significant part of this project was ensuring the site was accessible to everyone, everywhere. That's why I prioritized a responsive and mobile-friendly design. Whether someone is Browse on their desktop at home or quickly checking resources on their phone on the go, the experience remains seamless and performant.

The entire aesthetic of Raising Lions is driven by its mission. I cultivated a calm, supportive design language that truly reflects the brand's focus on guidance, growth, and positive change. It's about creating an environment where users feel empowered and encouraged.

To foster engagement, I strategically incorporated engagement-oriented features. This includes clear pathways to services, easily accessible resource areas, and strong calls to action.
