Challenge:
Julia owns a shop on Etsy, where she encountered several challenges selling her pet-themed merchandise. After a thorough analysis by my team, we recommended establishing an independent website for her business, separate from the Etsy Marketplace. This new platform will allow her to implement personalized marketing strategies, showcase a broader range of products not restricted by Etsy's policies, and expand her reach to a wider audience beyond Etsy's limits.
Solution:
To solve Julia's challenges, I built a dedicated Shopify website for her, integrated with her existing Etsy shop. This allowed her to display her full range of pet-themed products while implementing targeted marketing strategies. We optimized the site for better user experience and used social media and email campaigns to drive traffic, expanding her reach beyond Etsy's marketplace.
