EV Station Overview: a partner dashboard for EV charging stations

Station partners own the site and the chargers, but their numbers are scattered across operator portals, ticket emails and the power bill. A gun can sit faulted for hours before anyone notices, and nobody knows what that downtime cost.

I designed one iPad screen that answers the three questions a partner asks every day: Is everything working? What did I earn today? What's costing me money right now?

Each gun gets a 24-hour ring showing sessions, faults and bookings on the day's tariff bands. Faulted guns go to the top with their downtime and a rupee figure for the revenue lost. Revenue, margin, payout share and uptime sit in four tiles that drill down. A phone app handles alerts and remote resets on the go.
