Concept study by Morda Studio. This is a proposed document-processing workflow, not a delivered client system. The visuals illustrate an approach; no software implementation or measured outcomes are claimed.
The challenge
Incoming business documents need to be classified, checked, and routed into existing systems. Manual copying can leave missing fields and unclear ownership.
The proposed solution
An intake service would record each document, extract an agreed set of fields, and validate them against business rules. Items with missing or inconsistent data would go to a review queue. Approved records would be sent to the relevant destination with a processing history.
Design decisions
• Retain the original document alongside extracted values.
• Make validation failures visible and actionable.
• Handle duplicate submissions explicitly.
• Define access and retention requirements before implementation.
Illustrative technology choices
A .NET workflow service, object storage, a document parser or OCR provider, and destination APIs. AI extraction would be considered only where it helps the agreed document types.
A practical first milestone
One document type, a small field schema, one review step, and one destination system. Acceptance criteria would use representative samples supplied for the project.
What this concept demonstrates
A step-by-step approach to turning document intake into traceable structured work. The diagram is a reference workflow, not a screenshot of deployed software.
