MilanArt is a U.S.-based brand offering courses and creative tools for artists and aspiring painters. They host lectures, art camps, and actively engage their audience — both online and in person.
User and needs
The core user is a student — either enrolled in a course or exploring art for the first time. They need a platform where they can easily watch lessons, see assignments right away, and get feedback and connect with peers and mentors.
Challenges and strategy
The team wanted a platform made by artists, for artists — focused on community, which is often missing in platforms like Kajabi.
We took the best of Skillshare, Doměstika, and Udemy, and tailored it to the needs of a creative, tight-knit community.
The result was a course site that grew into a full learning ecosystem — combining a lesson library with social features for real interaction between students and creators.
