Product:
InterMine is a biological research organisation under University of Cambridge, the product "InterMine" helps biologists from different parts of world share/manage/query/analyse biological data under different mines (aka HumanMine, WormMine, FlyMine, etc.)
My Contributions:
Accumulated requirement from biologists to understand and figure out the right type of data visualisations required for the project.
Worked on developing several open-source data visualisations for tons of interMine’s biological data based on different Genes and Proteins — ranging from 3D protein visualiser to expression charts and network graphs which help biologists determine cancer symptoms in genes.
