Adaptive Reuse: Industrial Building to Car Pavilion
The Challenge: This project started with a common opportunity found in post-industrial cities like Cleveland: an aging, underutilized industrial building with low curb appeal and an undefined future.
The Vision: The goal was to demonstrate the power of adaptive reuse by transforming the structure into a high-value commercial destination. The concept replaces the heavy, opaque facade with an expansive glass curtain wall, creating a bright, modern showroom that connects with the community. A clear brand identity ("Pinnacle Car Pavilion"), professional landscaping, and warm twilight lighting were added to complete the aspirational vision.
The Result: This visualization acts as a powerful marketing asset. It proves the property's potential to developers and brokers, helping them attract high-end tenants (like a luxury car dealership), secure financing, and showcase a compelling ROI to investors.
