Overview
Orishii is a popular Chinese restaurant that aims to provide customers with a seamless and interactive dining experience. To enhance the dining experience, Orishii has decided to replace traditional paper menus with a modern QR menu system.
Problem
Orishii's traditional paper menu system had limitations such as limited space for descriptions, difficulty in updating menu items, and lack of interactive features. These issues resulted in an inefficient and less engaging dining experience for customers. Orishii identified the need for a QR menu solution that could address these pain points while aligning with their brand identity.
Solution
To address the problems the brand is facing, I conducted user surveys, and competitor analysis to understand customers' expectations, preferences, and pain points related to restaurant menus. I analyzed the information from the survey and competitor analysis and gained insights that would improve the dining experience.
