A system for a Property Management companies to use. It answers phone calls from tenants, potential tenants, and inspectors in order to gather information, leads, or set up appointments for apartment tours. It then sends a call summary to the designated email address in order for the Property Management company to review. It saves time, and money for the company that uses it.
