Construction Quality Control and Inspection Coordination 🏗️🔍📅

As the project manager for the Construction Quality Control and Inspection Coordination initiative, my primary role is to ensure that all stages of home construction, from pre-wiring to wall/trim installation, meet the standards set by the city. This involves analyzing same-day quality control data for homes at various stages of construction and communicating with in-house teams, partner organizations, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Construction Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of same-day quality control data for homes under construction, identifying deviations from city standards.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with in-house teams, partner organizations, and AHJs Construction Managers to address any issues or concerns regarding construction quality.

Coordination: Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the construction process to ensure alignment with city standards and regulatory requirements.

Inspection Scheduling: Schedule final inspections for completed homes, and where applicable, arrange early rough inspections to expedite the construction process while ensuring compliance with city regulations.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of quality control assessments, communication with stakeholders, and inspection schedules for reference and audit purposes.

Approach:

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in same-day quality control data, allowing for proactive quality management.

Proactive Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
