Turn Data into Easy-to-Read Financial Reports

The business unit leaders needed to be able to view the finances of their units quickly and intuitively. However, the financial data was not stored this way. It was stored as individual transactions, as they occurred. Also, it was only accessible through Microsoft Access, which is neither quick nor intuitive for inexperienced users. So, I developed a Microsoft Access query to retrieve the data, and this Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to display it, prior to printing it as PDFs for distribution.
